All components of the Aqua Rite System are showing good readings and appears to be all set correctly. I have removed and tested the capacitor it appears OK I then removed the thermostat to try to access the shaft and turn it with a 7/17 wrench, but the protrusions on the casting and other spring mounted stuff appear to make it impossible to get a grip on the shaft.
